Losing someone close can be devastating, and we all need a little help during these times. Grieve Well Live Well is a caring series of videos and articles developed by Dr. T. David Willets, a certified grief counselor and renowned author. We’re pleased to make it available to you at no cost. The soothing guidance in this free series has helped many families just like yours. You’ll receive inspiring real-life stories and counseling to comfort you through each stage of grief.

GRIEF COACHING GROUP

A 5 week group. A grief coach has the tools and expertise to skillfully guide individuals through the process of mourning their loss and getting started on the next phase of their journey. We begin by recognizing an individual's ability to heal, address issues, confront challenges and take action. The role of the grief coach is to bring these attributes to the surface at a time when they may not be apparent to a struggling survivor.  Coaching involves forging a positive vision for the future and creating strategies for achieving specific life goals with an emphasis on action and accountability. GRIEF RECOVERY METHOD: GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP

The Grief Recovery Method: Grief Support Group creates a safe environment and teaches correct action choices that help you move through the pain caused by loss. In this 12-week program, you will examine beliefs about dealing with loss and look at various losses which have affected your life, which may include death, divorce, estrangement, health, job and more. You will then take actions that lead to completion of the pain caused by a recent loss or one that occurred long ago.  Groups are free and space is limited.  A Tuesday evening group meets at Crossroads Hospice in Blue Ash; a Wednesday afternoon group meets at the Cancer Support Community in Blue Ash; and groups are also held in Westwood, Hamilton, Batavia, Bethel and Mt.
