Obituary of Donald F. Knuehl

Donald F.Knuehl, age 83,of  Florence, KY, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood.  He was a retired Bailiff for the Kenton County Sheriff’s Department, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a member of Mary Queen of Heaven Church in Erlanger.  Don enjoyed reading espionage and murder mystery books, eating varieties of foods, feeding and watching birds, and all types of animals in nature. 

He is survived by his wife, of 57 years, Teddy Lynn VanHoose Kneuhl; daughter, Rebecca Ingberg (Vince); grandchildren, Donald Carelock and Shelby Carelock; great grandchildren, Kylie Carelock and Justin Carelock; and many cousins and friends. 

His visitation will be Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. with a memorial mass immediately following at 10 a.m. at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 1150 Donaldson Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018.  A reception will be held following the services at Parkview Condominium Clubhouse located on Carriage House Dr in Florence, KY 41042. 

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project.
