Obituary of Charles T. Chain
Charles Thomas Chain, age 87, of Florence, Ky, passed away on Saturday, July 15.
Born in Maysville Ky, to the late Henry L. and Tiny Overly Chain. Charles was a retired assembly line worker for General Motors and loved singing and playing his guitar.
Charles is preceded in death by his sister, Mona Monning. He is survived by his children: Pam (Fred) Wiseman, Raymond Chain, and Lisa (Rick) Staarmann; six grandchildren: Denise Conley, Angie Barker, Michelle Moss, Ray Chain, Leon Dunn, and Fred Wiseman; along with several great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Charles will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, from 10 to 12 noon, at Chambers & Grubbs in Florence. Funeral services will begin at 12pm, with a burial following at Floral Hills Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made payable to The American Diabetes Association, 4555 Lake Forest Drive, Blue Ash, OH 45242.
