Obituary of Agnes Rogers

Agnes Nunnally Rogers, age 77, of Walton, KY, passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at her residence.  She was a homemaker and a member of Walton Christian Church.  Aggie enjoyed quilting, toll painting, crocheting, and spending time with her family. 

Her husband, William Gene Rogers preceded her in death in 2015.  She is survived by her children, Gene Rogers, Millie Parker (Scott), Connie Pike (Scott), and Susan Preece; grandchildren; Krista Asbrock (Chris), Kimberly Lewis (Jason), Andy Parker, Jeremy Parker (Emily), Mollie Shaw (Danny), Matthew Parker (Lauren), Sadie Pike, Shelby Pike, Katie McHargue, Kellie McHargue and Emma Preece, as well as 16 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence.  A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Independence Cemetery. 

Memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.  Online condolences may be expressed to www.chambersandgrubbs.com.
