Frances Ann Bailey, age 81, of Florence, KY, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017.

Frances was born in Richmond, KY, to the late Woodrow and Almetta Ross. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Frances is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Woodrow Jr. Ross; Son, Jimmy Mann; daughters, Betsy Zipp and Billie Mann; and grandson Houston Anthon. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Alva Bailey; daughters, Sharon Bailey, Georgina Anthon, Karen (Dan) Ruschman, Sheila (Jim) Wermeling; Son, John Wesley Mann; Step Children, Charles Bailey, Kimberly Bailey, and Teri Mullins; Brothers, Archie and Logan Ross; Sister, Elizabeth Pray; grandchildren, Sheena Mann, Ashley O’Donnell, Sarah, Emily, and Anna Wermeling, Bailey Strickland, Tiffany and Melissa Bright; and 5 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Frances will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, from 9 to 12 PM. at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Walton. Funeral services will begin at 12 pm, with a burial following at KY Veterans Cemetery, in Williamstown, KY. Memorial donations may be made payable to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital
