Life is full of moments, the moments that touch our soul, whether good or bad, become memories. You touched my soul with your larger than life attitude and carefree spirit. My memories are of us as children, exploring the back roads, passing notes, rewriting songs and learning to smile when we wanted to cry. You were my sister in Grant County. But you were so much more.....I witnessed the love that you had for Sara, Aimee and your mother, which was beyond measure. I'm so sorry Braden & Caleb, I wasn't in the chapter of your life, but my heart breaks for you.
Amber, you will be missed very much. I am thankful for our good memories and how much love and support you gave Sara through the years. You were a terrific big sister to her. I wish this was just a bad nightmare, but it's not. I take refuge knowing you are no longer battling the chains of addiction. I envision you happy and free and that gives me comfort.
I got the opportunity to meet Amber during my stay at Brighton Recovery Center. We were dorm mates while MTs. She had a great heart and showed lots of love and care to many. It breaks my heart to see another great soul leave this earth. I pray for her family and friends. Fly high Amber for you are missed and loved by many.
Honored to be entrusted with the care and satisfaction of families since 1906
