Obituary of Kimberle Ann Walker

Kimberle Ann Walker, 57, of Independence, KY went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Ft. Thomas, KY.  She was born on January 28, 1965 in Cincinnati, Ohio to James Timothy and Ruth Barker Walker.

Kimberle graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She worked as a CPA and accounts manager for several years at Mercy Health. Kimberle was an avid reader and loved her shopping trips with her great nieces.  She was a big fan of the San Francisco forty-niner’s football team and of course loved her UK wildcats.  Kimberle had a sweet spirit and passion for others.  She loved her family and her faith was most important to her.  Kimberle will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kimberle is preceded in death by her brother, James Walker and sister, Laurie Walker.

Those left here to carry on Kimberle’s legacy are her loving parents, James and Ruth Walker; sister Melissa (Martin, Sr.) Fuller; sister in law, Mary Walker; nephews, Martin “Marty” Fuller, Jr., Jon Fuller, James Moore, James Timothy Walker, Jr., Nathaniel Walker; great nieces, Laurie and Alexis, and many other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can me made in Kimberle’s name to the Mission Fund at the First Baptist Church of Independence, KY.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at the First Baptist Church in Independence, KY from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  A funeral service will immediately follow at the church beginning at 1:00 PM. Kimberle will then be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
