Obituary of Phillip Lipscomb

Phillip Dale Lipscomb, 56, of Falmouth, died Monday at his home. He was a self-employed auto body technician.
Survivors include daughters, Rhonda Valentine of Crittenden and Kelley Ball of Independence; sons, Daniel Lipscomb of Florence and Gabriel Lipscomb of Walton; a sister, Karen Wetterhan of Independence; brothers, Russell Thornton of Erlanger and Barry Thornton of Falmouth; nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
