Pamela Jane (nee MacFerren) Iles of Independence, KY, went home to be with the Lord on May 19, 2025, at the age of 92, at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY. Pam was born on August 24, 1932, in Dresden, Ohio to Oscar and Eva MacFerren.  

She is survived by her children, Beverly Brigner (Michael), Richard Iles (Terri), David Iles (Debbie), Ruth Melton (Gary), Timothy Iles, Scott Iles (Sharon), Roberta Courter (Dennis), Michael Iles (Jessie), Randy Iles (Missy Kramer), and Daniel Iles (Tiffany); twenty grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.  

Pam is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Pastor Lawrence Allen Iles and her mother-in-law Ada Roberta Iles; her parents Oscar Dean and Eva Belle MacFerren, two sisters and five brothers. 

Pam was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Independence, KY for many years. She loved her big family, enjoyed reading, playing games, and working on puzzles. She had a green thumb and loved taking care of her many plants.
