Connie Lee White of Crittenden, age 63, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer. Connie faced every challenge with grace, perseverance, and an unwavering spirit that inspired all who knew her. She was born on January 11, 1962, in Covington, KY to the late Joann {Wasson} and John Carpenter.

Connie was a woman of simple joys and deep passions. She delighted in the satisfaction of piecing together puzzles, the thrill of a scratch-off ticket, and the competition of a game of Euchre. Connie had the heart of a caregiver, and she gave generously of herself, always being the first to offer help, comfort, or a warm embrace. Her kindness was constant. Despite life's challenges, she had an extraordinary ability to make a lot out of a little, finding abundance in love, family, and simple pleasures. She was known for her goofiness and quick wit, bringing smiles and laughter to those around her. Her sense of humor was as big as her heart—joyful, infectious, and never far away. More than anything, Connie loved her grandkids with every ounce of her being. They were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Connie had a sweet, outgoing, and compassionate soul. Her legacy is one of love, strength, and devotion to her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepfather, Charles Green; husband, Kenneth White, Sr.; son, Phillip Joseph Piper; and her siblings, Patricia Piper, Deborah Russell, and Raymond Carpenter.

Survivors include her loving children, Kenneth “Matthew” (Cathy) White and Connie Mae White; beloved grandchildren, Makayla, Natalie, Lilly, Joseph, Mikey, Benji, and Elvis; siblings, Roy Carpenter, James (Missy) Piper, and Michael (Andrea) Walton; as well as several other friends and relatives who will cherish her memory.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Highway Florence, KY 41042. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM. Immediately following the service, Connie will be laid to rest at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY.
