Jason Matthew Carey, age 51, of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Williamstown, KY, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Three Rivers Healthcare in Cincinnati.

Born with disabilities, Jason faced many challenges throughout his life, yet his joyful spirit and bright smile were contagious to everyone who knew him. He had a curious mind and found joy in the simple things—working through word search puzzles, watching horror movies, listening to his favorite hits from the ’80s and ’90s, and collecting pens.

Jason is survived by his loving parents, Sandy and Don Rose, and Larry and Kristy Carey; and his siblings, Buddy Carey (Angi), Tammi Hutchins (Rick), Johnna Carey-Park (Tommy), and Christian Carey.

A graveside service honoring Jason’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Williamstown Cemetery, 300 Falmouth Rd., Williamstown, KY 41097. Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home is assisting the family.
