Scott Lather, 68, of Florence, KY, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the Villaspring Skill Nursing Facility in Erlanger. Scott was born on June 4, 1957, in Patras, Greece, and was adopted soon after by his loving parents, Lee Ralph Latter and Naomi S. Snavely. He grew up with a love for film, becoming a devoted movie buff, and was a proud fan of both the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys. Scott also had a deep appreciation for classic cars and enjoyed the craftsmanship and nostalgia they represented.

He will be deeply missed by his stepdaughter, Rachel (Brad) Pierce; his two grandchildren, Emma and Ava Pierce; his sister, Nadra Johnson; and his brother, Craig Lather. In addition to his parents, Scott was preceded in death by his wife, Lynn Lather.

Services for Scott will be held on Thursday, December 4th with a visitation from 11 AM to 12 PM and memorial service at 12 PM at Heritage Fellowship Church, 7216 US-42, Florence, KY 41042. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heritage Christian Academy at the above address.
