Bradley Blake Slater, 61 of Independence, KY passed away on January 1, 2026.  He was the son of the Late Emil Sr. and Alma (Springfield) Slater.  He had worked as a service technician for automatic doors.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Amy Lee Myer and Tosha Spaulding; sister, Barbara Griffith and brother, Bruce Slater.  Bradley is survived by his siblings, Emil Slater, Jr, Rebecca Brinkman, Robert (Vivian) Slater, Bonnie Dunihue and Bill (Tammy) Slater.  Along with 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.  Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence KY from 10am-11am.  Burial will immediately follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville, OH.
