Billy Black, 83 of Hamilton OH passed away on May 9, 2026.  He was the son of John Black and Bessie Hodges Black. Billy had retired from Brown Transport as a truckdriver.  He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty Black and sons, Kevin and Charles Edward Black.  He was a member of the Hamilton Moose Lodge #36 and Hamilton Elks Lodge #93. Billy enjoyed camping and fishing.  He proudly served in the United States Army.  Billy is survived by his children, Timothy R. (Carla) Black and Stacy (Jeff) McKeehen and brothers, Dwayne “Butch”, Don (Carol) and Gary (Jennifer) Black.  Along with 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.  Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042 from 10am-11am.  Service will begin at 11am.  Burial will be private at a later date in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North.
