Patti Brown (née Roberts), age 63, of Hebron, Kentucky, passed away in the arms of her cherished husband at their home on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Patti was a woman whose love was shown through unwavering devotion to her family. She was caring, compassionate, and fiercely loyal—qualities she proudly inherited from her mother. A God-fearing woman with steadfast convictions, Patti believed there was right and wrong, black and white. She spoke honestly and directly, leaving no one to wonder where they stood. While her straightforward nature was unmistakable, so was the deep love that filled her heart for those she held dear.

Life with Patti was never dull. One of Patti's favorite possessions was her silver Dodge Challenger with bold red racing stripes. It perfectly reflected her spirited personality. She loved every opportunity to get behind the wheel and enjoy the ride. She was spunky and always ready to make memories. She especially enjoyed dressing up for dates during vacations together with her husband, where the two treasured every moment side by side. Patti never passed up the chance for Mexican food and was content just to be near those she loved.

The highlight of her life was family. Patti faithfully supported her grandchildren, cheering them on from the sidelines at sporting events and creating treasured memories with her granddaughter while doing makeup and painting nails. She delighted in celebrating each milestone and made every grandchild feel special.

Above all, Patti will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving sister, mother and grandmother, faithful Christian, and a woman whose honesty, strength, and unwavering love left an unforgettable mark on everyone blessed to know her.

Patti is greeted in Heaven by her parents, Bob (Martha) Roberts; and her brothers, Bob Roberts and Dan Roberts.

Left to mourn her loss are her husband David Brown; son, Jeremy (Amanda) Mattingly; daughter, Meaghan (Matthew) Leathley; grandchildren, Chloe Miller, David Miller, Alex Mattingly, Stephen Leathley, Aubrey Leathley, and Brianna Leathley; sister, Kristy Chalk; and her nieces and nephews, and friends.
