Obituary of Rebecca McIntosh

Rebecca Lee Puckett McIntosh, 45 of Independence, formerly of Jackson, Ky. passed away Monday, April 2, 2012 at her home. A homemaker who enjoyed fishing, hunting and scrapbooking, Becky was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Lee and Virginia Puckett and her brother, Lester Paul Puckett.
She is survived by her husband Daniel McIntosh, 2 sons, Gregory Wayne Mullins of Georgetown and James Brandon Smith of Dunlap, Tn., brother, Randy Puckett of Georgetown, 2 sisters, Jerri Waugh of New Albany, In. and Nancy Puckett McIntosh of Georgetown and 3 grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday at Chambers & Grubbs Independence. Visitation will be from 10 am. till 12 pm. Funeral service will be at 12 noon. Her final resting place will be in Independence Cemetery.
