Obituary of William "Bill" Thomas Burden

William “Bill” Burden, of Verona, KY passed away surrounded by his loving family at his residence on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the age of 82. He was born in Covington, KY on April 2, 1936; the son of Ollie and Anna Burden. 

Bill retired as a childcare worker for Danville Christian Church, was  a 32 degree Mason and enjoyed riding horses.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Ann Burden; second wife, Bettie Jo Burden; son, William “Billy” Burden and brothers, Albert Burden and James Burden.

Bill is survived by his loving daughters, Patti Ann (Mike) Trautman and Pamela Jean (Brian) Burden; grandchildren, Jaime Nicole Tupman, Elissa Ann (Justin) Wilhem, Diana Jean (Collin) Skeen, Joanna Burden, Hailey Cooper and Corey (Alexandrea) Cooper; great-grandchildren, Bree Nicole Tupman and Raelyn Grace Cooper; great-great grandchildren, Jaxson Ray Robinson, Charlie Joyce Robinson and Billie Jean Tupman; sister, Jean Benton; brother, Prentis Burden; as well as other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will take place at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 18, 2017 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY 41097.

Memorial donations in Bill’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45206.
