Sandra Kay Best, age 71 of Independence, KY, passed away on July, 29, 2017.
Sandy was born in Huntington, Indiana, to the late Russel and Eileen Cobel Hamilton. She enjoyed the outdoors, arts n’ crafts, and was a member of the eastern stars. Sandy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Best, and son, Rion Best. She is survived by her son, Eric (Kimble) Best, two grandchildren, Nicole and Kellie Best, brother, Robert Hamilton; and sister, Kate Teso.
Services for Sandra will be private. Memorial donations may be made payable to The American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pike, Ft. Mitchell, KY; or St Elizabeth Health Care Foundation, 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, KY, 41017.
