Obituary of Hope Michele Delgado

     Hope Michele Delgado, of Independence, KY passed away at the University of Cincinnati Hospital on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the young age of 39.

     She was born in Edgewood, KY on December 29, 1978; the daughter of Danny and Sharon Strause. Hope was a member of Nicholson Christian Church and enjoyed camping. Her greatest joy, however, was being a wife to her devoted husband and mom to her three extraordinary children. Hope was a compassionate and caring person who touched many lives. She always thought of others first and had a passion for helping anyone she could.

     Hope is survived by her beloved parents; loving husband of 17 years, Braulio Delgado; cherished children, Julianna Delgado, Olivia Delgado and Sophia Delgado; brother, Donald “Duck” (Geneva) Strause; nieces, Heather Strause and Morgan Strause; nephew, Jacob Strause; as well as many other relatives and friends who will mourn her loss and value her memory.

     A visitation for Hope will take place from 4:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.
