Obituary of Casey Brent McKee

     Casey Brent McKee, of Walton, KY passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the age of 40.

     He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Covington, KY and was presently employed as a district sale manager for Cengage. Casey enjoyed cooking and grilling out, laying at the beach and vacationing, going to concerts and listening to old country music, and watching sports, especially the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, whom he cherished above all else.

     Casey was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lambert; grandparents, Marion and Lucy Couch and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

     He is survived by his devoted and caring wife of ten years, Carrie McKee; son, Carson McKee; sisters, Kathy McKee and Sheyanna (Chris) Lawson; brother-in-law, James (Amy) Rushing; nephew Caleb; niece Caroline; four legged friend, Bella (bullmastiff); as well as many other relatives and friends who will mourn his loss and carry on his memory.

     A visitation for Casey will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. A funeral service will take place the following day, Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at the conclusion of the funeral service at Independence Cemetery, 5358 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.
