Obituary of Angi Rachford

Angelina “Angi” Rachford (nee: Dessauer), 55, of Independence, KY, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020.

She was a receptionist for Busald, Funk, Zevely PSC.  Angi enjoyed reading and going to BINGO but mostly she loved spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Kenneth Dessauer and her mother, Donna Marie Kemen (nee: McDaniels).

Angi is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Chris Rachford; daughter Mikayla Gürmen; grandchildren, Odin and Theo; and siblings Pam Cucura (Mark) and Michael Dessauer (Dawn).

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Highway, Florence, KY 41042.  Due to the current Covid-19 state restrictions, the wearing of face masks is mandatory, temperatures will be taken before entrance into the funeral home and attendance will be limited to 50% of the funeral home’s capacity, while still maintaining 6 feet of social distancing. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Charity of Donor’s Choice.
