Obituary of David Wayne Sester

David Wayne Sester, age 59, of Falmouth, KY, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021.  He was a painter and electrician with a diverse educational background.  David had earned his degree in computer engineering from the University of Louisville, studied small business management at Thomas More University, studied industrial control hydraulics and pneumatics metallurgy preventive maintenance at the University of Cincinnati, studied hydraulic engineering at Scott Industries, studied low pressure boilers at Cleaver Brooks, and studied 1st class stationary engineering at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY.  An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and collecting arrow heads.  His brother, Rick Sester and fathers, Lester Grubb and Kay Sester, all preceded him in death.  He is survived by his children, Eric Sester, Josh Sester, Tiffany Sester (Brian Lea) and Trevor Sester; grandchildren, Alexis, Brian, Kendyl, Ava Rose, mother, Nancy Grubb; sister, Sondra Addy (Todd); nieces, KeSondra Key, Pamela Arrasmith, Nikki Thiessen; and nephews, Derek Key, Mike Sester, and Joey Sester.  Visitation will be Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. at Community Family Church, 11875 Taylor Mill Rd., Independence, KY 41051.  Interment will be Monday, November 8, 2021, at 10 a.m. at Independence Cemetery in Independence, KY.  Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made by clicking on the red donate button below.  If you wish to donate, you may leave an online message for the family, which can be viewed by clicking on the Tribute Wall tab on the left.  You may also choose to remain anonymous.  For directions, to view his life tribute video, or to leave the family a message of condolence, please go to www.chambersandgrubbs.com.
