Obituary of Jackie MacVicar

Jacqueline “Jackie” MacVicar, 72, of Elsmere, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. The daughter of the late Lydia {Bundy} and Joseph Milburn, Jackie was born in Lincoln County, KY on October 6, 1949.

In her past time, you could find Jackie working on her crafts or quilting. She especially loved spending time with her family.

Jackie will be deeply missed by her daughter Telisa (Robert) Whalen; grandchildren Blake (Isabella) Emmons, Brooke Emmons, Brittany (Austin) Whalen, and Natasha (Eric) Tucker; great-grandchildren Annabella Whalen and Riley Tucker; and sister JoAnn (Randy) Deaton.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edwin MacVicar, sister Sandy Sims, and brothers Thomas and Samuel Milburn.

Visitation will be held between 10 AM and 12 PM on Saturday, April 23, 2022, with services immediately following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Foundation, 1 Medical Village Dr. Edgewood, KY 41017.
