Obituary of Douglas "Doug" W. Jeffries

Douglas “Doug” Wayne Jeffries, 67, of Independence, KY, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at his residence. Doug was born on February 16, 1955 in Covington, KY to the late Charles, Jr. and Marcy (nee: Perry) Jeffries. He worked for Richwood Building Products in the Quality Control Department prior to retiring. After retirement he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially  his precious granddaughter. Doug is survived by his loving son, Chris (Melissa) Jeffries and the light of his life, granddaughter, Abigail. He also leaves behind his sisters, Cheryl Kitchen-Rarrick (Tom Lampke) and Cynthia Jeffries. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence, KY.
