Sharron was an inspirational person. She pursued what she loved with grace. She was someone you just wanted to hang out with. This weekend we hiked to Hanging Lake, CO and thought of her. A place I believe she would have loved…especially this time of year. Her passing has inspired us to not put off what we love. Time is precious.

Aside from Sharon’s infectious smile, what I remember most is her driving passion. Once she committed to something she was all in. And she was committed to helping older adults. I first met Sharon in 1995 when she interviewed for and accepted the Marketing/Sales position for TriHealth SeniorLink.
Little did I know our paths would merge ten years later when she agreed to write newsletters for LEC - and the rest is history. It was her passion and willingness to explore new things that led to the development of the hugely successful digital marketing program for LEC. She had a great sense of humor and embraced each day with optimism. I can still hear her roller bag in the hallway and that daily greeting “Connnnie, are we having fun yet?”
Passion was her way of life even outside of work. Everything I know about Nancy Drew, I owe to Sharon. And there wasn’t a haunted tour we didn’t take.
I’m so blessed to have known Sharon as a colleague and a friend. I miss her passion, I miss her laugh, I miss her. Godspeed, Sharon

Sharon was a truly beautiful soul. I worked with her as a vendor of LEC and she treated me not only as a professional but as a friend. She made me want to work harder (and smarter) for the organization she truly loved. We would have monthly brain storming sessions and lunches that I miss deeply. She was kind, intelligent, sympathetic and extremely humble. I have been missing a place in my professional life since our communcations stopped several months ago and have wondered how she was doing. I was just made aware of her passing today and pray that she is resting in the glorious peace she so deserves. She was definitely one in a billion, as mentioned in her obituary. Hugs to her family and all who loved her. We are all better people for having the opportunity to meet Sharon.

Sharon was a close and dear friend of mine. I met her late in life through work and to find such a close friend late in life is such a gift. I will always cherish her friendship and her love/support.
