Obituary of John Sparks

John W. Sparks, 59, of Walton, died Sunday at Jewish Hospital, Cincinnati. He was a retired manager with Duke Energy.
Survivors include his wife, Carol A. Cioffe Sparks; a son, John M. Sparks of Walton; a daughter, Missy C. Sparks Seiter of Union; sisters, Margaret "Peg" Strange of Falmouth and Mary Crutcher of Mount Olivet; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell. Memorials are suggested to Caring Bridge, 1995 Rahn Cliff Court, Suite 200, Eagan, Minn. 55122; or Jewish Hospital Bone Marrow Transplant Department, 4777 E. Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45236.
