I remember the pride Uncle Donny showed whenever he talked about his family and the accomplishments you all shared with the fire department. I remember his laughter whenever a joke was told. Aunt Lucille and Family Uncle Donnie was a good person who lived and enjoyed life to the fullest. He had a fun loving side to him, as well as, a serious side. You could always depend on him for anything at anytime. Of all of my uncle's he was my favorite and best. He was an all around good person with a heart of gold. Dear Aunt Lucille and Family, We are so sad with the passing of Uncle Donnie. He was such a wonderful and loving man. His joy radiated the room when he entered, making us laugh until we cried with his jokes and stories. We had so many wonderful trips to Kentucky as children with Mom and Dad. The memories that were made over those years will always be in our minds and hearts. Although it is sad that he is gone I know that he is joining some wonderful people in that heavenly city; Grammy and Grampa, Mom and Dad, Goo, Uncle Johnny, Aunt Joyce and many more. I thank God for the memories and the love that he had for all of us over the years. We are praying for all of you that those memories will sustain you through this time.
