Obituary of April Robinson

April May Robinson, age 51, of Independence, went on to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She was a Speech Language Pathologist for Covington Independent Schools and was also formerly employed with A Step Ahead Pediatrics. April was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church and actively served in the children's ministries there. One of her passions was working with children and she was an active foster mom. Survivors include her husband, Buddy Eugene Robinson; sons, Seth Aaron Robinson and Quintin Ryan Allen; foster sons, Ian Wilson and Tyler Archer; sisters, Melita Lyon, Candace Lyon, and Lydia Samuelson; and brother, Dan Lyon.
Memorial services will be Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 6 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 3711 Tibbatts Street Covington, KY 41017.
