Charles Edward Courtney, 66, of Florence, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
He was a retired truck driver and dispatcher and an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Szumski Courtney; a brother, Frank Courtney of Mountain City, Tenn.; and a sister, Dorothy Cash of Milwaukee, Wis.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
