I don't even know where to start. Dave and I have shared many great years together, playing racquetball, tennis, and golf together. This great man could always make me laugh, no matter what mood I was in. I took Dave to brightleaf three years ago, and he instantly made many friends, like he did everywhere he went. Dave will be greatly missed by many, but his memories will last forever. Dave and I always talked about seeing the glass have full, but on this day the glass seems very empty. But for you Dave, I will fill that glass half full again and continue on my journey. I love you my friend, and may God bless you and your family. I will see you again someday, until then HALF FULL brother!!!

Dave was my boss for many years but after we both left the organization we developed a wonderful friendship. We played many rounds of golf together and I always appreciated his sense of humor. It is an honor knowing Dave and being considered one of his friends.

He was the best Uncle, Friend and almost like a brother. I aways looked up to him. He was the first person close to me that went to college. We would visit him at college and I thought that was so cool. Especialy when he pulled in on his motorcycle. He would play with my brother and I non-stop. He knew the perfect tickle spot and we would go crazy with laughter. Uncle David was a very caring and giving man. He helped so many people and children through his work and also on his on free time. He deeply loved his family and was overwhelmed with being a Gradpa. We will all miss you so much, but thank you for all the laughter and all the good deeds you did here on earth. Now is your time to rest in heaven, you deserve it, but truly wish you could still be here.
