Obituary of Ernest Lane

Ernest L. Lane, age 85 of Belleview, Ky. passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012. He was a retired Employee Relations Manager for GE. Ernie enjoyed golf, playing poker and was a sports fanatic. He was an all-state football player and track competitor. He also went on to play football for the University of Cincinnati. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Margie and Pat. Ernie is survived by his wife of 62 years Jackie Rawlings Lane, sons, Rick Lane of Carmel, In., Ron Lane of Huntsville, Al., Greg and Gary Lane, both of Fairfield, Ct., grandsons, Todd, Troy, Macgregor Lane and granddaughter Arleigh Lane. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
