Margie Inez (Spencer) Gaylor, 48, of Independence passed away suddenly on April 27, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. She was a loving wife and mother with a passion for collecting snow globes. She is preceded in death by her Father Charles Curtis Spencer and her grandparents Herbert and Lillian Spencer. Survivors include her loving husband of 24 years, Jerry; daughters Danielle (Michael) Hurt of Hubert, N.C. and Andrea (Matthew) Lane of Florence; son Jared Gaylor of Louisville; sisters Kristi Plain, Lillian Louise May, Susan Jackson, and Dolly Finley; brothers Donald Straub and Andy Byrne; Mothers, Carrie Schultz of Florence, KY and Joyce Straub of Detroit, MI; and one grandchild, Xavier Hurt.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 6PM until 9PM at Chambers and Grubbs, Independence. Funeral service will be Wednesday, May, 1, 2013 10AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
