Obituary of Ruth Klotz-Connelly

Ruth M. Bach Klotz-Connelly, age 79, of Erlanger (formerly of Independence), passed away Monday, July 1, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood. She was a retired Collections Manager for Kentucky Federal Savings and Loan and a member of St. Cecilia Church in Independence. Ruth enjoyed bowling, reading, puzzles, working on the computer and spending time with family. Her husband, Elmer Klotz, daughter, Kathy Stanley, brother, George Bach, and sister, Edna Wohrley preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Klotz Gosney; son, Gary (Barbara) Klotz; sister, Marie Klotz; brother, John E. Bach; and three grandchildren, Dennis (Tamara) Humbert, Greg Gosney, and Sara Klotz. Visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Cecilia Church, 5313 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell. Memorials may made to St. Cecilia or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 4440 Lake Forest Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
