Jennifer Lynn Mullins, 34, died Tuesday at her home.
She was a customer service representative for quest Diagnostics. She loved photography and nature.
Survived by a son, David Wayne Mullins; a daughter, Ariel Devin Mullins; parents, Paul David and Julia Mae Mullins; brothers, David Jeffrey Mullins and Kevin Mullins.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Saturday at Chambers & Grubbs in Independence with services following.
She will be cremated.
