Obituary of Willard Perry

Willard Earl Perry, 66, of Independence, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013. He was a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran and he most recently worked for Gates Rubber as a fork lift operator. Willard enjoyed fishing, but most of all spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Floyd Carter and Alice (nee Westenhaver) Perry. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years Ladonna (nee Rider); daughters Tina (Rodney) Harmon of Independence, Gina (Bill) Groeschen of Burlington; sisters Alice (Ray) Morgan of Williamstown, Stella (Junior) Cook of Corinth; brother Clinton (Vicki) Perry of Williamstown; grandchildren Curtis Harmon, Anthony and Haley Groeschen. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 10, 2013 from 10AM until the time of the Funeral Service 12PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown. Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice 1 Medical Village Edgewood, KY 41017.
