Obituary of Odell Hager

Odell Hager, 87, of Walton, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at his residence. He retired after 20+ years from General Motors and was a United States Navy WWII Veteran. Odell enjoyed anything outdoors, including hunting and fishing; He never met a stranger and was a true UK basketball fan. Odell is preceded in death by his sons Roger, Ronnie, and Steve; grandson Jesse Hager; sisters Faye Goff and Katherine Moore; and brothers Wallace and Robert. Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years Aline Howard Hager; daughter Diane Daniels of Erlanger; sons Danny (Judy) Hager of Crittenden and Jerry (Christine) Hager of Erlanger; 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Odell will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 10:30AM until the time of the Funeral Service 12:30PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will immediately follow at Crittenden Cemetery.
