Please know that Robin was someone I could look to for strength and guidance. She was such an amazing woman. There is no one I know that had a tougher battle. She did it with grace and humor. I am a stage 3 cancer survivor and Robin helped me to learn to never give up. I hope I can touch half the hearts she touched. Prays to all her family but I know she is flying with no pain watching us to make sure we are ok.......

Robin and I traveled to Detroit to see Depeche Mode. Robin told me after driving for 3.5 hours that we were suppose to stop every 20 minutes so she could strech. She wanted to get there so bad that she pushed pain aside. We had a wonderful time, we danced and danced. She made her way to the stage and received the concert playlist from their manager. After we returned and went to the Dr. she explained that her hip area was sore. Long story short, she broke her Pelvic bone dancing. She pushed pain out of her mind to do what she enjoyed. She was a true Warrior.

Our family is deeply saddened to hear of Robin's passing. She fought hard. Even when she felt her worst, she was at Logan's soccer games, field trips, class parties and activities. Because our lives are pulled in so many different directions, Robin and I where merely social media friends. Our circles certainly overlap, and while I never met Robin, I will always remember the bravery she openly displayed during her fight. Her memory lives on in her children, family, and friends forever! Robin Lambert-Sweeney you will be missed.

I had the high honor and privilege of meeting Robin at the Florence Rotary Christmas Concert 2012. We built a wonderful friendship since then. We had a special song performed that evening (I want a hippopotamus for Christmas) for her son Logan. Robin was definitely a Role Model and an Inspiration to all of us that knew her. I love you Robin.

Ted, Candy & Molly, Ed and I were deeply saddened to learn of Robin's passing. I will always remember her as the little blond girl with the swinging ponytail who lived on Shawnee Court. Take time to comfort each other. Peace be with you, Ed and Marge Martin Hot Springs Village, Arkansas
