Obituary of Catherine Shumaker

Catherine Faye Brown Shumaker, 37, died Wednesday May 21 in an automobile accident in Morning View.
She was a scale attendant for CSI Waste Management, worked for the Internal Revenue Service, was a member of Demossville Baptist Church and she enjoyed crocheting, camping, collecting ceramic cats and cook books.
Survivors include her husband, Chris Shumaker; daughters, Samantha Faye and Kara Elizabeth Shumaker; father, Bill Brown Sr.; stepmother, Annette Brown; and brothers, William Paul Jr. and Paul Lynn Brown.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Monday May 26 and service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday May 27 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Johnsville Cemetery, Bracken County.
