I remember my Aunt Jean (as we called her) as a very quiet, sweet woman. She was soft spoken and sometimes very shy. She loved her family. When we visited, it was always happy chaos and I never saw her get upset or impatient with her children. She was truly the wind beneath Uncle Eugene's wings. Lately when I had the opportunity to visit more with her, I saw the effect she had on her children - very family oriented. I regret that I didn't have more time to spend with her and that she was taken before I could talk with her more about her life and our family. She was always dressed so nice when I saw her - usually a dressy blouse and skirt, always the lady. She's forever in my heart and I am so thankful I had precious time with her.
