Obituary of Mary Catherine Elizabeth Hubbard

Mary Catherine Elizabeth Delay Hubbard, 79, of Newport, died Monday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. She was a retired registered nurse with St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. Sons, Harry King (1985), Gary King (1993) and Curtis Hubbard (1998), all preceded her in death.
Survivors include sons, Richard King of Independence and Thomas King of Carrollton; daughters, Shirley Will of Tampa, Fla., and Sherrie Weinel of Newport; a sister, Bert Ott of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Tom Delay of Cincinnati and John Delay; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to Women's Crisis Center, 835 Madison Ave., Covington, Ky. 41011.
