Obituary of Elizabeth Matteoli

Elizabeth Ann Bush Elbert Matteoli, age 67, of Independence, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015. Elizabeth was a retired Tax Examiner for the IRS. She enjoyed reading, bowling, cooking, and spending time with her family. Her husband, William Matteoli, preceded her in death in January of 2015. She is survived by her daughter Shonnie Murphy; son Randy Elbert; step-daughter Sharon Sexton; step-sons, Bill Matteoli, Jr. and Sean Matteoli; sister, Pat Anderson; brother, Charles Bush; and several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great grandchildren. A gathering of friends will take place Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Memorial donations are requested to the American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pike, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017.
