Obituary of Cora Jackson

Cora Noble Boles Jackson, 80, of Elsmere formerly of Glencoe, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 at Woodcrest Manor of Elsmere. She retired as a meal packer for Sky Chef and was also a cook for Stringtown Restaraunt , a caregiver, and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents George Noble and Louraine Cole Noble; sisters Alice Smith, Mattie Crouch, Goldie Harris; and brothers Jerry Noble, Jake Noble, Ned Noble, Junior Noble, and Johnny Noble. Survivors include her daughters Barbara Thomas and Phyllis Boles both of Walton; sons Ray Boles of Sand Gap, KY, John Boles of Warsaw, Thomas Boles Umatilla, FL, Jake Boles of Warsaw; sister Nancy Powell of Florence; 4 sisters-in-law; 15 Grandchildren, 31 Great-Grandchildren; and many Great-Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Independence Friday, April 10, 2015 from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 12:30 PM.
