James Roberts, 51, of Sparta, formerly of Walton, died Saturday, July 26, at University Hospital, Louisville. He enjoyed training horses, flea markets, yard sales and collecting guns. He was a loving father, son, brother and grandfather. Visitation will be Noon-2 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton. Burial will be in Big Bone Cemetery, Union. Memorials: James Roberts Memorial Fund, c/o Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, P.O. Box 55, Walton, KY 41094.
