Rita Josephine Hess LaCroix, 88, died Monday, Aug. 11, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
She was a laborer for Crosleys and she enjoyed ceramics and animals.

Her husband, Russell Earl LaCroix, died in 1996.
Survivors include her daughter, Beverly A. Collins; son, Robert Russell LaCroix; brother, Bob Hess; sister, Arlene Hadley; five grandchildren; three step grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, Aug. 14, with service following at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, Erlanger. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
