Obituary of Ruth Reid

Ruth McIntosh Reid, 88, of Florence, died Sunday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Patrick Church in Taylor Mill. She was a former member of Latonia Lakes Ladies Auxiliary. Husbands, Edwin L. Reid and Pearl McIntosh, both preceded her in death. Survivors include sons, Michael McIntosh of Alexandria and Paul McIntosh of Erlanger; a stepdaughter, Brenda Sebastian of Crestview Hills; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian burial was this morning at St. Patrick Church. Burial was in Independence Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Ruth Reid Memorial Fund, in care of Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, Ky. 41051.
