Mary Beth Brierly, 30, died Friday, Sept. 12, at her home.
She worked for New Perceptions in Edgewood.
Survivors include her parents, Pat and Dianna Brierly.
Visitation will be noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. The body will be cremated.
