George E. McIntyre, 62, of Glasgow, formerly of Walton, died Monday at Glasgow State Nursing Home.
He was disabled.
Survivors include a brother, Tommy McIntyre of Lexington; and his sister-in-law and guardian, Lucille McIntyre of Walton.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at New Bethel Cemetery, Verona.
Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Walton, 47 S. Main St., Walton, Ky. 41094.
Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton, is handling the arrangements.
