Obituary of Norman Baynum

Norman Austin "Stormin" Baynum, 65, died Friday, Sept. 26, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
He was a proprietor of N.B. Construction, enjoyed playing pool, hunting, fishing and was involved in truck stop and jail ministry services.
Survivors include his fiancé, Mary Glacking; daughter, Dorothy Ann Voges; sons, Gary W. and Randall A. Baynum; sisters, Sandra Runck, Darla Collins, Cora Sue Hurst and Martha Dotson; brothers, James Wesley Baynum and Grant and Barry Austin; two granddaughters; and a grandson.
Visitation will be 4 -7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, with services following at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Gardnersville Cemetery, with the procession leaving from the funeral home at 10:30 a.m.
