Obituary of Walter Llewellyn

Walter James Llewellyn, Jr., 81, of Taylor Mill, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 surrounded by family at home. He was a meat cutter for Kroger and retired in 1992 after 31 years. Walter attended Oak Ridge Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 41 years in February of 2014 Rinthey Hayes Llewellyn. Survivors include his children Jim (Sheila) Llewellyn of Taylor Mill, Eva (Jack) Alsip of Covington, Karen (Jeff) Patterson of Carthage, TN, Eyvone Cahoone of North Carolina; sisters Doris Anderson of Panama City, FL, and Wilma Troutman of Knoxville, TN; 8 Grandchilden, 13 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. Visitation will be at Oak Ridge Baptist Church 6056 Taylor Mill Rd., Covington, KY 41015 on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 10 AM until time of Funeral Service at 12 Noon. Burial will follow at Independence Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association Greater Cincinnati Chapter, 644 Linn St. Suite 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203-1742.
