Judith Ann Buteyn Vande Zande, 66, a receptionist, died Monday, Oct. 20 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Clendenen of Independence; sister, Barbara Henderson, and mother, Ruth Buteyn, of Pennsylvania; and one grandchild.
No public service. The body will be cremated. Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence, is handling arrangements.
